This home is located in the quiet Presidio in the Pines neighborhood. This home is two-stories with a primary king bedroom and one queen bedroom on the first floor, and two king bedrooms and a bunk room on the second floor, which combine for 8 total beds. The primary bedroom features a large en suite bathroom, and all bedrooms have walk-in closets.

This property is dog friendly (up to 2), so that all family members can enjoy nature together in Flagstaff. There is a community park one block away, with a basketball court, jungle gym, grassy area, and dog park.

There is a private backyard patio with lots of seating, BBQ grill, firepit and patio heaters, or enjoy the views of Humphreys Peak from the front porch!

Please Note: Parking is available in the garage, driveway or designated guest parking spots one block South on W Presidio Dr. or North on W Patio del Presidio. The driveway is a bit steep, so please use caution if your vehicle has low ground clearance. There is NO street parking on Camel Drive. If you are unable to park in the garage or driveway, please use the guest parking one block north or south. Ice melt is provided in the garage for guest use, as well as shovels, should you need to clear the driveway prior to or after the professional snow removal company arrives. Violations may be ticketed or towed.
