Super gemütliches Haus, mit kleinem Garten. Hunde freundlich. Nah am Nationalpark gelegen und auch schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung wie zum Verweilen in Arundel.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, absolut empfehlenswert!!!
Great house on quiet friendly street. Well equipped and comfortable. Also rather stylish, felt like a home. Lovely break in very attractive town and countryside.
The cottage lived up to our expectations, it is in a quiet area of Arundel but within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is great for walking with beaches, the South Downs Way and Arundel Park really close by. Would recommend it for an ideal dog friendly break.
We enjoyed our stay ( had fantastic weather for mid september). The house was clean and had everything needed for a delightful stay. When I first spoke to Sue she emphasised that she was always available to be contacted if needed.
The property is a short walk to the centre of Arundel via the underpass.

Great holiday in lovely Arundel
Lovely cottage in a quiet street, but in very short walking distance from shops and restaurants. Arundel has quite a lot nice restaurants, we tried several. The cottage is very cosy and comfortable, and we enjoyed the spring sun in the garden. Arundel is ideally located to visit tourist attractions like Goodwood, Petworth House, Chichester, Brighton, Parham House and of course beautiful Arundel itself with de castle, cathedral and historic streets. We had a great holiday!

Funky, cosy, unique, Victorian cottage perfectly placed for easy access to Arundel
Arriving after a long drive from Devon, Sue the owner was waiting to meet us, greeted with smiles and a quick tour of the home and we were on our own.
Finding everything in the home you need for a relaxing cosy stay.
We didn't use the log burner instead going into the very cosy living room where we had a proper fire in the evening to make it even more cosy, it's not necessary as the heating system is more than enough to keep the home warm, but it's definitely more homely having a log fire, something we don't have living in Indonesia.
The main wifi was not working, but Sue brought us a mobile modem which was enough for the week.
One of my worries was that there was no electric clothes dryer, however as I said the heating was great and everything dried great on the portable clothes dryer.
Although the property is a terrace house, we hardly heard anything from next door and slept like babies.
The home is ideally situated for Arundel, just being a 5 minute walk away from pubs, restaurants and a 20 mins walk to the train station, which was great for us as it meant a day out in London and I could have a drink or 3! ;)
The kitchen is fully equipped and even had enough bits in the cupboard to tide us over till we shopped, like coffee, tea sugar, even a bottle of Brut.
I could go on, but our stay was very relaxing, home was perfect for visiting Arundel, it really is just 5 mins walk, but away enough not to be disturbed by pubs and restaurants.
Everything you need is here, beds are comfy and warm, even coming from Indonesia the heating was not needed, the beds warm enough.
If your looking for somewhere in or around Arundel, we can recommend Sue's place, its all good to go, if you need anything she is only a call or Whatsapp away.

It's a beautiful town and the house was very comfortable and felt like home.

So glad that you had a nice time. This cottage is a family home part of the year so although there are not too many personal items around the house does feel like home! Please come back and see us again.

Clean and very comfortable with everything one could ask for.
This was a very comfortable home which was very clean, It had all the emenities one could need, also a dvd player which was not listed on the original, which was needed of an evening,The surrounding countryside was beautiful, and we visited castle and the wetlands centre, all within a reasonable distance. We were welcomed when we arrived and told the best way into town which meant we did not need the car. Thanks for everything.

Fabulous, cosy cottage
We stayed for four days in October and absolutely loved this delightful cottage - it is immaculate, light and warm with efficient, easy to operate central heating as well as a woodburner and open fire. We stocked up with extra logs from the local wood yard - Sue will give you directions - for very cosy nights in front of the open fire. It has a lovely, light and airy bathroom with good quality towels (hurrah!), a heated towel rail/radiator, big shower cubicle, separate bath and constant hot water. Both bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. There's a small but exceptionally well equipped kitchen, with all the utensils you could possible need plus a washing machine and dishwasher. Fast and reliable WiFi.
Parking wasn't a problem - we always got a space in the road whatever time of the day/night we needed it; the walk into town is straight forward and takes about 10 minutes.
Both Laura, the manager who answered all my questions quickly and made the booking process very straightforward, and Sue, the owner, are friendly and helpful. Sue agreed to us arriving earlier than normal, which was great and she was there to welcome us and show us everything when we arrived. We've stayed in a lot of holiday homes and can definitely recommend this one.

Lovely arty cottage in Arundel
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this cottage when we visited Arundel with our 6-month old baby. The house is beautifully decorated (the current pictures don't do it justice!). We were given a warm welcome from the owner and the cottage had all we needed. They even sourced a travel cot and highchair for us to use over the weekend. A real home from home. Highly recommended.
My name is Laura Lye and I take care of a number of holiday let houses in West Sussex and Dorset. I would be delighted to help you with everything from selecting the right property for your needs to assisting you with planning your itinerary while you are staying.
As a Mum of three bouncing boys I know all the exciting places to visit in the area for all ages - whether it be a cultural day trip, fantastic beaches to explore or where to go out and eat.
I'm always on the end of the phone should you require assistance while you are staying.
What makes this property unique
This property is a just away from the town centre within easy striking distance but a little more affordable than cottages right in the centre.
