The host was very helpful right off the bat when we checked in. The home was large and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. If you want to cook while your here, you will need to bring the supplies, kitchen had the bare minimum which worked for us. Beautiful backyard, and lovely safe neighborhood within walking distance to Walmart and several restaurants and coffee. Thanks for a great stay!

Host unresponsive, takes few hours to respond that also after contacting Vrbo Support. House is decent apart from Hot Water situation (no hot water as the home is mislabeled Cold Hot) If the host was better I would recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this guest. The guest did not pay for their stay at all and was extremely difficult to accommodate, with frequent complaints throughout the reservation. Despite our efforts to address their concerns. Based on our experience, we would not host this guest again and would caution other hosts to proceed carefully.

it looked nice in the photos, there were so many issues way to many to justify the price of this rental, the place wasn't cleaned very good my wife bought a broom and cleaning supplies to clean up, the beds are unacceptable i had one of my guest just leave because the bed fell through the base, I had to build a support for the other room, the floor is not level and had i known that I would have not stayed here my mother in law doesn't get around too good and she fell on her way to the kitchen, I killed 3 spiders in the master bedroom, the gutters are clogged and full of mosquitoes so its not too nice to sit outside,it's a nice house but the attention to detail is a bit lacking, I'm not the guy to leave you a bad review but your ad need to be honest and there are some things that need addressed

Wonderful place to stay- great spaces where everyone can spread out or come together. The living room has a couch that can hold everyone, the lower level has a spacious living area and gym. During good weather the backyard is terrific. Very sleek and swank decor. It would make a good long term booking for a bigger group. The host was helpful. We asked a question on Friday late afternoon, but didn’t hear from him until Monday. That’s fine- we all need to set boundaries, but we were somewhat anxiously wondering what to do over the few days we waited for his reply. Excellent location to getting to many different parts of KC. We would definitely stay again!
