Why they chose this property
My house is located across from a beautiful forest and tennis court which is available to all folks in the neighborhood. It is 50 yards from a very lovely pond where we swim
And kayak. People are friendly but you have privacy at the house.

What makes this property unique
The home is an open floor plan but the sun room is separate and gives plenty light and privacy, Our garden is gorgeous thanks to our gardener. It is serene. There is a bonus room for someone to work in or kids to play in, We also have a pool and ping pong table.
