This place was very cute, but I should make it very clear that it is a two bedroom place with a room for rent, not a "one bedroom apartment". The bathroom and kitchen and dining room are shared, and though the woman living there is pleasant and kind, it was not what I had paid for. The location was great. The Q train is close by and it was easy to get around Manhattan and out of the city too.

That your area is very private to mine with the additional room next to yours for more room and privacy. However rare we might run into each other I may be in residence.

Check in was easy. The host had someone waiting to carry my bag upstairs - it's a 5th floor walkup. That wasn't a problem for me, but it should be said. The metro is within a block, and the area has conveniences all along both 2nd and 3rd Ave. The building felt safe, there was natural light, and a fully funcitional kitchen with all the amenities you need. The bed was very, very comfortable, and I appreciate the quality TP. ;)

It was a very refreshing experience. I wanted to stay on a place to feel like if I was living in NY. This place delivered! It is a cozy, beautifully decorated lovely place. The kitcken? Oh my! The host did not leave any detail to chance! Everything was there! The utensils, the condiments! The deliciously exquisite selection of te variety!! Even a sparkling water machine!!! This host is a class act! Even having someone there to help with the bags!! The area super, safe, secure, quiet and close to everything.
