We own and operate a few short-term rentals. The first two are in the South Bend area. We originally fell in love with the area when visiting it frequently when our children were playing hockey. After launching these, we learned how much we enjoy hosting and decided to add a lake property.
Why they chose this property
This is a convenient location that is less than 1 mile from ND and very close to Memorial hospital as well. It also has the Coal Line Trail located in the back of the property that leads directly to campus.
What makes this property unique
The Coal Line Trail being located directly behind the property is great. The most unique thing about this property is the fenced back yard with Bocce court and swing bar seats.
