We named this home “Our Village Gem 3” because it’s our third Villages property and has the same comfort, care, and attention to detail that our guests love. The location, in the Village of Virginia Trace, offers peace and privacy just steps from the action.

The Home
Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan designed for relaxing or entertaining. After a round of golf or an evening at the Square, unwind on the sofa with the Smart TV, or stream a favorite show in either bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and fresh linens and towels are provided—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

Few homes are this close to Lake Sumter Landing. Walk, bike, or take the golf cart to restaurants, shopping, and free nightly entertainment. From this central Virginia Trace location you’ll have access to over 50 golf courses (14 championship, 40+ executive), multiple recreation centers, pools, fitness, pickleball, tennis, and more. This has to be one of the best rentals in all of the villages. Centrally located within walking distance of Sumpter Landing. In my opinion, the best town Square.The house was clean, well stocked, and the owners were extremely friendly and available to answer all of our questions. I can’t recommend it enough!!
