This superb 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 2 story townhome features a King master suite on the first floor and three queen beds in the two bedrooms upstairs that will comfortably sleep your entire group. This space offers soothing climate control with heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. It's a short walk or golf cart ride to the privately gated beach access. Unit comes fully equipped to cook meals inside or grill on the patio.
There are 11 pools on the resort, 5 of which are seasonally heated, including the closest pool which is only 10 steps away from the patio.
Enjoy pickle ball, mini golf, tennis, shuffleboard or just relax in the enclosed sun room.
HOA age requirement for booking is 21+ years of age; proof of age will be required for all bookings. Person booking the property must be present for the entire stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure that all proximity cards are placed back on the pegs by the front door. There is a $50.00 replacement fee for mising cards.
Place all beach items back into the beach box and lock. Put all beach wagons into the screened porch.
