We love this home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is the best part, right around the corner to the beach, which was never busy and always had spectacular sunsets. A quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. We would definitely love to return one day.

Flew into TPA for Spring Training (Phillies), über to Andrews property, took about 30 mins. Upon arrival, I had already been contacted by Andrew and I had all the information I needed to start a relaxing vacation on Clearwater Beach! The house was freshly renovated and spotless. The location was perfect, with the short two minute walk to the beach. Beaches are incredible! White sand and shells galore!! Andrew supplied all the necessities, beach chairs, towels, TP, soaps, pots, pans, everything you could think of. All new appliances, stove, fridge, dish washer, washer, dryer. Honestly, it was very comfortable, with new AC, ceiling fans, comfy couch and beds. Location, A, you can walk to anything you want! I will be returning!

This is a great 2b/2b one block from beach on north side of town. We stayed 9 days with our Lab. Very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Our host Andrew was in touch with us multiple times to make sure everything was good!
