The house is in the little fishing village of Molunat with wonderful bays, near Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic, in the Dalmatia region in the south of Croatia. Peace, quiet and a great climate make this place an ideal holiday destination.

There is a private garden area with a grill. A large, roofed terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea.

The house was completed in July 2013, with modern furniture and a high level of comfort. The apartment is spread over the first and second floor and has its own separate entrance. The airport is 20km from Molunat. Dubrovnik is a 40-minute drive away. Or you can visit the town of Cavtat. Several busses a day run to these towns. The underwater world is a dream for divers, with caves and shipwrecks. The beach is just 100 metres away. The bays have turquoise-coloured water.

The owners live on the ground floor and cultivate their own fruit and vegetables, which you are welcome to. Airport transfers can be arranged at a supplementary cost.
