Stay comfortably in this new 1-bedroom 1-bathroom home that offers a soothing retreat for guests. The fully furnished space includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating extra visitors. Guests can enjoy a fantastic covered front porch with amazing sunset views over the lake. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or simply enjoying some quiet time, this enchanting house provides a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill. There is a washer and dryer in the home too. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
Located in Sun Resorts gated resort community featuring 2 outdoor heated pools, 6 pickleball courts, 3 tennis courts. shuffleboard and cornhole. Guests have access to a hot tub, 2 additional pools, billiards room, bocce ball and fitness center. There is a large recreation building that hosts planned activities for guests and residents. Card games, bingo, live music events and themed dinners (just to name a few) are listed on the monthly calendar.
When you want to get out and explore the Fort Myers Beach area Bunche Beach is just 3 miles away, Fort Myers Beach is 3.5 miles and Sanibel Island is 8 miles away. There is a trolley that will take you from the resort directly to Fort Myers Beach! Take a walk or bike to quite a few places to eat and shop nearby. A short drive to downtown Fort Myers offers a variety of dining, shopping and sightseeing. You can view wildlife at Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve or take a kayak or boat tour to experience what the Gulf waters have to offer. Key West Express is just a couple of minutes away.
