The Sommergarten 40 09 holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a holiday home with a total of 4 holiday rentals. It is part of a small, well-maintained holiday complex in a quiet area of the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen.
This holiday rental offers ample space for 4 people and 1 baby.
The terrace is furnished with chairs and tables.
 
At the Strand 18 property, you’ll find—for a fee—bike rentals for the whole family

Note: Roof work is expected to take place at the residential complex for about one week, starting on August 4, 2026. According to the property management, work on each individual house is expected to take only one day. Building entrances and terraces will remain accessible during this time. As of now, no significant restrictions are expected.

This contract constitutes a brokerage service on behalf of the owner.
Bedding, towels, and pets are available for a fee. Not included in the price.

Schöne ruhige Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und touristische Ziele in der Nähe …

Um die Ferienwohnung Besenrein zu verlassen, fehlten Besen, Handfeger und Kehrblech, auch mal für zwischendurch. Jedoch war ein Staubsauger vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer war noch das Bett vom Vormieter mit dem Laken bezogen, die Zudecke gelb fleckig und ebenso das Kopfkissen. Eine Steckdose in der Küche für Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher ist sehr wenig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 1 Woche im August 2019 in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Terrasse wurde jeden Abend genutzt. Das Bett war superbequem. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Einzig die Garten, Stapelstühle waren auf Dauer unbequem. Die Entfernung zum Strand sind ca. 25min Laufzeit. Leider konnten wir die Abkürzung durch den Wald nicht nehmen weil es sehr schwer war dort mit dem vollbeladeten Bollerwagen voran zu kommen. Wir haben den Weg immer genutzt um noch Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt,
