Property to was nice but not as nice as the pictures though needs a good pressure washing a few updates and a good cleaning to be 10 out of 10 but overall nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

We saw this house on vrbo and immediately fell in love with the architecture and space for our family vacation. The carriage house was perfect for our daughter and her family and we had more than enough space for the rest of our family in the main house.Everything was clean and the hosts were very accommodating. We loved using the golf cart to drive to the beach everyday, as well as, to the neighborhood club house. to play basketball, swim in the pool and sit in the hot tub. The neighborhood was so beautiful and felt really safe. The pool wasn't very big, but was perfect to wade in with our grandson. The only very minor thing that I would say is that the outside grill had obviously not been cleaned in a while and it almost started a fire when we went to cook the fish that we caught on our fishing charter trip that day and also twice ppl came on the property while we were there (to clean the pool and to take our the trash) and that felt weird, but would have been ok if we were alerted that that might happen. But like I said those were very minor things and we would definitely look to use this house again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at this property in May 2026 for a week. We checked into a nightmare. Dirty linens on the bed. No curtains or blinds in 2 of the bedrooms. Be ready to wake up at the Crack of dawn, cause there is no sleeping in without window treatments. The room off the garage does not have a working air conditioner. They sent several service guys several times and none could get it to work. About 6 sections of sheet rock missing from the cottage house walls and ceiling. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS A DISASTER OF A PLACE TO VACATION.

House has massive potential; however, it felt as if owners/host rushed this home to be available for VRBO. Many permanent items (blinds, doors, keys, lights, etc) were missing or broken. Stay was okay.
