The honest answer is Practical Magic. It was my daughters and my favorite movie and when times were difficult we watched it constantly. With some hard work we were able to buy this magical place to share with others.
What makes this property unique
It was built in 1867 as a ship captains home. It is now the girlie version of a practical magic cottage.
