The property was very clean with plenty of amenities for either a short or long stay. The host was very attentive and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We were able to see elk and mule deer on the property before we even ventured into RMNP. Great location and very close proximity to anything in town and also to RMNP. If/when our adventures take us back to Estes we hope this gem is available to book!
Property is mostly clean and well stocked with almost anything you could need to make this a home away from home. The location is great! We would definitely stay here again!

Hi, Lindsay. Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. We are so glad that you had a wonderful time at our beautiful home. We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our guests' experiences. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fabulous getaway in the future.
We had a great stay. Brought our grandkids to see snow. We had a Winter Wonderland. Great place with 3 nice bedrooms. Had everything we needed and great location.
What an awesome stay with our first experience with bull Elk literally outside our unit everyday and sometimes peering through our bedroom window. The accommodations were exactly as described and couldn’t have been better. Planning another stay next year.
Everything about this river retreat was perfect. Our teenagers had the whole upstairs to themselves and they loved that. It was quiet and incredibly comfortable. We saw 12 elk having dinner just across the river on our first night here and it was beautiful! We would have liked one TV downstairs, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We did a long hike one morning and were exhausted afterward, so being able to watch a movie together would have been nice. Otherwise, it was all wonderful and perfect!!!
We treated our kids and spouse for a weekend in Estes. We spent quality time together and enjoyed our 7 month old grandson. The place was beautiful and so clean!Had a great time disconnecting and having great conversation. Would highly recommend your place.
our stay in Estes Park was wonderful. The location made traveling to different attractions so handy. We thoroughly enjoyed having the river right behind the condo and several times saw mule deer in the yard. The condo was clean , very well decorated and had great kitchen supplies. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful spot in Colorado with us.
The home has been well taken care of. It’s very nice and comfortable. The view of the river is awesome and the sound is so relaxing. There’s even a path that you can walk beside the river. I would definitely stay here again.
We are three women from all over the country who needed a mountain retreat. We found this property and fell in love. Everything about it was exactly as we hoped, including elk sitings every morning and evening. The home itself was perfectly accommodated and we hope to return again.
Nice, clean property in beautiful, quiet location. Very comfortable condo unit. The only issue that we had was there was zero flexibility in check-in / check-out times.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, we are so glad to hear that you had a great stay. We apologize for any aspects of our check-in and check-out times that detracted from your experience with us. Please know that we do outline both times on our listing for our guests to be aware of prior to booking. These times are in place so that we can ensure our team has plenty of time to clean the home, as well as allow the home to have some breathing time between each guest's stay. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and hope to host you again soon!
This is the second time we rented this wonderful property by the river. The only item I would change is to have USB clocks or plugs in in the bedroom.

Property was nice. For the amount should not have seen cobwebs. The listing is very lacking of information and when I asked questions they referred to the listing only. No one answering questions knows the home. The ‘host’ is not the owner. Heating of the home is very poor.
