Spacious Home - The Barry House sleeps 8/10 people

The Barry House is just nestled about a ½ mile outside of downtown Lake Geneva and only ¼ mile from shopping centers and several Starbucks. This home is conveniently located just off of Hwy 12 and Hwy 50 for all of your needs. Whether you are looking to enjoy the lake, browse the one-of-a-kind shops, or hit the greens or the slopes at any of the surrounding resorts, we hope your stay will lead you back to Lake Geneva time and time again.
The space
Relax in this three bedroom, two bath spacious home that is perfect for larger groups. It’s just a short 5 minute ride to the beach, restaurants, shops and boat rentals in the heart of Lake Geneva.
Wind down after a day full of activities by enjoying a book in the family room in front of the fireplace or by watching your favorite show or movie in the separate TV room. Relax morning or evening on the large covered front porch or enjoy the beautiful weather on the back yard patio; there are many spaces to enjoy at this property.
Guests are able to park in the driveway and in the single additional parking space during their stay (overnight street parking is not permitted). There is a fully stocked kitchen: equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, utensils, coffee maker and more. The washer and dryer are available to all of our guests for free.
The Barry House is a smoke free and pet free property.

Great for a get-a-way to enjoy Summer, Fall and Winter activities.
May it be boating, shopping, or hitting the beach in Summer or enjoying the Fall and Winter festivals downtown. Lake Geneva offers you many more activities such as: golfing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, ziplining, skiing, tubing, and the magical ice castles.

We were a group of 5 women on our yearly get-together. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and extremely easy to work with. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and plenty to do in the area, with excellent places to eat. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Wow, I don’t think we could fit enough words here to explain how amazing our experience with our stay / the host was! When an unexpected storm came through and took out everyone’s power out, pegs was there every step of the way from checking in on us, bringing us flashlights, bringing coolers and ice and packing our stuff into them, pulling strings and getting us a little vip section to get ready in, to evening allowing us to crash THEIR house. They not only shared their space with us, they were a wonderful host and made us such wonderful food and wouldn’t allow us to clean up! I could go on and on, and share even more moments that they helped make our pivoting stay so special, they turned a crappy situation into one of our favorite memories. You can’t go wrong at the Barry house, we will be coming back as often as we can!!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculate the home was. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, cozy feel. It truly felt like you were staying in someone’s well-loved home rather than just a rental. The hosts really thought of everything—even little touches like rolled-up Walmart bags under the cabinet, which came in handy!We loved the layout of the house, especially the Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which worked great for our group. The only small challenge was figuring out the number of beds. The listing was a little confusing regarding the beds, but after a quick game of “search and find,” we discovered the rollaway beds, and everything worked out perfectly.The location was another huge plus. The house is less than 10 minutes from the lake, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely book this home again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place in a convenient location, I highly recommend it!

Based on other places available in area the Barry House was economical. Very clean. Host did excellent job with communication. Well stocked with a variety of basics. Air conditioner had difficult time keeping it cool. Host provides a variety of fans. We were there on a humid, warm wkend. Starting to show some wear and tear. Terrific location to town activities. If looking for something to do look up Yerke Observatory.
