Welcome to our family home! Built by my husband and his family in the 80s, this house is filled with 40 years of cherished memories and endless summer fun. After my mother-in-law passed, we couldn't bring ourselves to part with it. Instead, we chose to share it so other families can create their own beautiful beach memories here.
As VRBO Premier Hosts for 16 years (property id#318973 Jackson, NH), we are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience—a commitment reflected in our 117 five-star reviews and the many guests who return season after season,
We look forward to the opportunity to host you in beautiful Pemaquid, Maine.

Why they chose this property

A rare gem on the shores of St. John’s Bay, Pemaquid Trail offers a scenic mile-and-a-half drive that captures the nostalgic essence of a simpler time. As a dead-end road, traffic is limited to residents and guests, creating a tranquil environment perfect for walking, running, or cycling—even at the height of summer

What makes this property unique

The location of our property is very special. It sits on one of the Trail's 'Right of Ways', which were developed to ensure that all homeowners retained private access to the waterfront. It's the perfect balance between direct trail proximity and serene seclusion, as it sits perched on a hill 30 yards from the hustle and bustle and traffic on the trail, yet it's just a short walk down the path to get to the waterfront. It's one of the most private and largest lots on the trail that still enjoys great water views.
