Très bon emplacement de l’appartement, au niveau de la mer ainsi que du centre ville. La piscine est juste à côté de l’appartement, c’est un plus! Petit bémol au niveau de la propreté de l’appartement.

Proximité de la plage

Appartement très propre. Avantages: belle et propre piscine extérieure, place de parking, proximité de la plage et des commerces, climatisation, machine à laver, extérieur de la résidence agréable et bien entretenu. Inconvénients : un peu petit pour 4 personnes (nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants), bruit à cause de la route. Par contre il n'y a pas de tri sélectif pour les déchets En résumé séjour agréable et conforme à nos attentes. Bon rapport qualité prix.

L’appartement était très agréable. Cependant : Piles qui ne marchent pas dans la télécommande de la télé Pile qui ne marche pas dans le boîtier de commande du portail Code pour le portail piétons faux ! Paiement pour le wifi prélevé 2 fois ! Toujours pas remboursé ! Pas de chaises autour de la piscine ! Ça fait beaucoup ! Et quand j’appelle pour signaler tout ça, rien de grave pour eux ! Il a quand même fallut courir après les voisins pour pouvoir sortir de la résidence !

Le logement est très bien (propre fonctionnel, terrasse,grille). Les plus sont la piscine (très bien) et la proximité avec la mer, le mini golf, seaqualand à 12min à pied et le port du Grau Le Roi 25min à pied en passant par une jolie route en bord de plage). L'inconvénient du logement est le bruit de la route (très fort en été) et les baies vitrées du bas ne sont pas isolées.

logement pas très propre à l'arrivée. la route proche et bruyante n’était pas signalée. La climatisation était bien présente et indispensable, cela permet de bien dormir les fenêtres fermées, ce qui limite la nuisance de la route. la plaque vitro-céramique chauffe très mal. difficile de cuire des aliments
