Pros:-Location is fantastic given proximity to hikes, parks, reservations, etc-Value was great and much more affordable than staying in Warren and still being within reasonable distance to everything-very nice rainfall shower on first floor-full appliance set -comfy and soft king bed-nicely updated-nice size yard & parking-stocked with conveniences (ie.Toiletries, spices, some tea & coffee etc)-Fast communication from host-Dog friendly Cons:-If you like to/plan to cook its a little limited on cookware, knives, & prepware. Well stocked on dishes though -Staircase upstairs is steep and with no handrail or banister at the top its scary at night like you can just walk off the edge and fall- Visited during a heat advisory, the 2 wall AC units struggled to keep both levels comfortable. On the normal days, it was sufficient with all the overhead fans running to circulate air-Possessed toaster
