The enclosed complex with greenery has a big pool, restaurant, bar, tennis court and private parking spaces for the use of all guests. Free wireless Internet access can be used with an access code. There is a disco outside of the complex.

There are supermarkets and other shops in the area (ca. a kilometre). There are various beaches, such as the sandy beach in Golfo di Marinella, as well as in the Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo area. The complex is only a short distance by car from the towns of Olbia (ca. 15 mins.) and Golfo Aranci (ca. 10 mins.).
