This simple yet practically furnished one-room apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. It’s ideal for a longer stay in Vienna, whether you’re a tourist, a student, or here on business. Its location near Vienna’s UN City, the Austria Conference Centre, and the Vienna Exhibition Centre is ideal for those working at one of these institutions for several weeks or months.

Excellent public transport access via Subway Line 1 ensures quick travel to any part of the city. The subway station is right outside the front door.
Students can reach the city’s universities in no time, just as visitors can quickly get to the tourist highlights of this metropolis on the Danube.

The living room / bedroom:
A comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed provide space for 3 people. The dining table can also serve as a workspace, and Wi-Fi with unlimited internet access is available.

The kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals. With a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, everything you need for breakfast is provided. Of course, you’ll also find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave in this small, practical kitchen.

The bathroom:
The spotlessly clean bathroom has a shower stall and sink; the toilet is also located here.

I guarantee our guests that the apartment and its furnishings are absolutely clean; I provide fresh bedding and clean hand and bath towels, as well as toilet paper.
A cot, high chair, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner are available upon request.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, which is accessible 24/7. I live in the city and am happy to be available for my guests.
