Oceanfront Seaside Cliffs Retreat at Surfer's Cove

Welcome to our beautifully updated home offering a serene and peaceful location on the cliffs overlooking Seaside. Come watch the surfer's ride the waves or maybe glimpse a whale tail. Our home is located in a private, gated community across from Tillamook Head Trail. It is a short jaunt to surfer's cove beach, and south seaside amenities (golf, restaurants, prom access, & beach access). Spectacular views with amazing finishes throughout.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10:00 am is strictly enforced to allow the cleaners ample time to prepare the home for the arriving guests.
Garbage center is in fenced area in lower parking lot. Please remove all garbage, glass and recycling and place in correct bins.
Replace all items to original locations (kitchen, games, etc.) so the home can stay tidy and organized for all guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be courteous of neighbors with QUIET HOURS are10pm-8am and be aware of loud conversations or music as sound travels easily in our community.
Per HOA rules no laundry, clothing, or towels may be hung on outdoor deck railings. ABSOLUTELY no standing or sitting on cliffside railings.
The community is non-smoking you must leave the property to smoke. Any violations or charges incurred is the responsibility of the renters.
