Inside, the home is thoughtfully arranged for families or small groups. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. The third sleeping area is an upstairs loft with two twin beds, making it a great space for kids or additional guests.

The loft also includes a desk and monitor that can be used as a workstation if you need to work during your stay or as a gaming setup. A retro gaming system is provided for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. A convenient half bath is located in the loft area, while the full bathroom is on the main level.

We have done quite a few VRBO rentals. This was by far the best. The property was exactly as described. There were no surprises. You had everything you need to have an enjoyable experience. The location was centrally located with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Our granddaughter and friend were really happy with their loft space.

We loved our stay in Wells. The house was spotless, well stocked and in a nice area. Our experience from booking to check in was great. Ryan reached out with updates and answered any questions promptly. I initially thought the window AC units would be loud but they looked new and were reasonably quiet. My only ask would be to upgrade the mattresses. They weren't too bad but an improvement would put this house over the top. We also loved the yard games and beach chairs that were included for our use. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Maine. It's close to the beach and ten minutes from Ogunquit, a great town with tons of shops and restaurants. Thank you for making our vacation this year relaxing and trouble free.

This was an incredible visit. The house was spacious, clean, and communication was amazing. It was right off the main road and so close to shops and ice cream. Little touches and amenities were great for days in or going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful! It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Furniture and bedding are modern and lovely. Great kitchen! Ample tvs for a group, always a plus. We can't say enough about this great home. So glad we found it for our Maine vacation!

The home was spacious and clean. It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and is very accessible from the main road. It had many amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We were in walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future.
