This comfortable villa is located in a very quiet urbanization, about 500m from PUERTO BLANCO with a small bay (sandy beach). The house faces south/east and the terrace offers a beautiful sea view. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance, shops in town, about 1-2 km away.

The 150 square meter house has 2 separate floors, each with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet, a living room with an open kitchen, winter garden (dining room) and a covered terrace.

Around the 8m x 4m pool with stairs is the open terrace. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a garage and parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

Schöne Location / sehr gute Lage

Wohnungen waren klasse nur die Klimaanlage im O.G. hat die letzten Tage nicht richtig funktioniert. Aussenbereich war leider nicht so ordentlich wie der Innenbereich. Grill war nicht gereinigt und der Aschebehälter war durchgerostet. Vermieter war aber immer bei Fragen erreichbar guter Kontakt. Minuspunkte allerdings dafür, dass kurz vor der Anreise der Wäschepreis erhöht wurde und viel Schlimmer der Preis für Strom. Natürlich mussten wir das eine Woche vor Anreise akzeptieren :-(
