3-bedroom Futura Yacht Club condo with Fabulous Sunset views!
Guests looking for both comfort and room to relax will enjoy a peaceful getaway at this inviting condo set in beautiful Islamorada. The three bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and trundles so there’s room for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms with showers (guest bath also has a tub) add convenience to your stay. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi is included.
Boaters love the convenience of the marina and easy access to either the Atlantic Ocean or Florida Bay. The large, heated swimming pool is a favorite hangout for guests.
Unwind with a sunset view after a day of adventure or enjoy a quiet morning on the balcony. This is an excellent choice for your vacation!
Boat slips are available for $200/week or $250 holiday week. We will need proof of $300,000 in property damage liability insurance prior to arrival. Please let us know if you will need a slip and we will add it to your booking.
*Please note :Futura charges $50 for bringing a boat onto the property and $150 for using the boat ramp and trailer storage – payable directly to Futura at check in. They do not accept cash. This is a one-time charge and in addition to the slip rental*

Host was good and attentive. Condo was outdated and beds were very worn. Place was clean but outdated.
