Dream beach condo
Welcome to our dream vacation condo featuring an unobstructed Gulf-view on the magical white powdered sands of Indian Shores beach across the street from the famous Salt Rock Grill and just steps from many other restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery and convenience store. Across the street are public tennis/pickelball courts, mini golf, a covered pavilion with BBQ grills and fishing. The condo has been completely renovated and updated and includes a walk-in shower, balcony grill, and 1 Gbps high-speed internet which will easily accommodate multiple devices whether it is for work or entertainment. The complex includes a beach-side, year-round heated pool, onsite reserved parking, same floor coin laundry, and community room with a pool table. John’s Pass, St Pete and Clearwater Beaches, just to name a few, are easily reachable via a trolley stop feet from the property if you don’t want to drive and ride shares are cheap and plentiful as well. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please dispose of garbage in the trash shute next to the coin washer and dryer, load and start the dishwasher using the detergent provided, leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
Please close the sliding glass balcony doors so birds or bugs do not get inside and leave the keys up front on the table. If anything was broken or otherwise needs repair or replacement let us know.
