Top Floor, Beach Front, Ocean View, with Beautiful Sunsets!

Do you need to get away, regroup, and reconnect with family and friends? Sunset Paradise is exactly the place for you. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath elevator access penthouse not only has beautiful panoramic views but it is quiet (no footsteps overhead) - you only hear the waves.

You can watch dolphins, paddle boarders, and sailboats as you have breakfast on the balcony. Fill your day with swimming, shelling, or just relaxing in the sun. You will always have a front row seat to a magnificent sunset in your own backyard! End your day with an evening swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub.

The condo has a master suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third. Altogether the condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably or 8 total with children. A washer and dryer are also there for your convenience.

The full size remodeled kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you might need including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and air fryer. The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools at the counter.

Sunset Paradise is a 17 unit complex with 6 beachfront condo’s. A full size BBQ grill with 2 tables are located on the lanai by the pool for your grilling and outdoor dining pleasure.

gulf views abound

The unit was nice! It was on the top floor, corner unit which was great for gulf views. Noise did travel a bit n the building. The outdoor balcony was our favorite spot to hang out.Overall, A good location for two couples or a family.

Perfect family spring break condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our week in IRB and exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the unit's selection of beach chairs and sand toys was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony is just incredible; we spotted dolphins every single day but one. The complex is fairly small and we were blessed with quiet neighbors during our week. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well-maintained throughout the week. The location truly cannot be beat, as you're less than a five minute walk from multiple delicious restaurants. Evelyn, the property owner, was friendly and communicative. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for our family vacation

Evelyn's condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was equipped with all we needed for the beach and pool. We used the grill on the property a couple of times, but there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location for beach access. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation!

Had a great stay at this condo! Great location on the beach and condo was clean and spacious (even for our family of 8). Ice cream and some great restaurants in walking distance, and convenient location even for when we did day trips. Check-in was so easy, and Evelyn was a great (and fast!) communicator, answering any and all questions we had. Balcony with full opening door can't be beat - great for sunsets! It was my first time at IRB and I will definitely be back!

Family Beachfront Getaway

The 3rd floor condo was exactly how it was described in the listing. The double bunk bed room was perfect for our family. The ease of entry and exit processes was a welcome change from other rental opportunities that I’ve been involved in. The communication from the owner was immediate and proactive. Home with sunshine

This is the first time we have stayed at this condo and it did not disapppint. The condo itself was large, clean and extremely well stocked. The views are of sun, sea and sand and the location is walkable to quite a selection of good bars and restaurants. We loved everything about it and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Will we come back? - ABSOLUTELY, YES!!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This was our family's third year in this condo complex and second year staying in this specific unit. We love it. It is directly on the beach with a pool and hot tub which is perfect for our family with younger children. Evelyn, which is the owner / manager, was wonderful to work with when planning our stays. The condo unit is very nice with great views. We love this area because the beach is great. It is more family oriented and relaxing / enjoyable than an over populated tourist beach. Plus it is located close to many wonderful restaurants and easy drives to local activities. We will be returning soon. Thank you for making it easy for our family to make many wonderful memories.

Second visit…can’t wait for our third!

We have stayed in two condos at Sunset Paradise, and we prefer this unit. It is always clean, well maintained and is more spacious then the photos would suggest. We all love the views (and watching them change through the day), our kids love the pool and the adults love the laid back feel of IRB in comparison to the more touristy destinations. Other than beach towels, all the beach supplies (sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, cooler) are supplied. In the kitchen, there are plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and silverware — if you need to use the oven, not much bakeware items (but enough to improvise). We keep coming back to Indian Rocks Beach & Sunset Paradise, in particular, because (other than the grocery store…and Publix now delivers) you can walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, ice cream, bars, Kolb Park, the IRB Nature Preserve…and when our kids are a little older, renting bikes would expand our car-less reach. Do not procrastinate when deciding to rent an IRB condo — the best ones go fast and Unit 16 at Sunset Paradise is the best!

2 families 1 trip

My family of 4 stayed with my friends family of 4. With the beach being so close by, the pool right there, everyone was able to do what they wanted to do when they wanted to do it. One of the best evenings we had was all of us at the pool cooking burgers on the grill. The older kids hung out in the bunk bed room when they needed some down time, the younger kids ran around the apartment, watched tv and people watched on the balcony. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the sand wasn’t too hot. The other guests were very nice and trusting. The elevator was on working order. Parking always a little tight with a large SUV but not impossible. Every where we went for food was good. Indian rocks is definitely for families with kids as everywhere closes very early. It was nice to be so close and on the middle of Clearwater and St. pete. My mom rented a place right behind and to the right of ours and it was a very cute set up with 2 queen beds and bunk bed set. Beach view from balcony was incredible. Pool was awesome but only 3 steps to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were a great addition.

Perfect for our family! Super clean and comfortable condo! The location is great! Amazing view from the balcony! Evelyn was a very responsive and helpful host. The unit had everything that we needed as a family of five. Pool and hot tub were great but the hot tub had an issue with the heat due to the recent storm. Quick walk to Guppy's restaurant and Keegan's restaurant! We were sure to use the blender provided often to make our own frosty beverages! We loved our stay at Sunset Paradise and hope to be back again!

Excellent Spring Break

This property was amazing and perfect for our Spring Break vacation with the family. Will definitely come back!! I loved morning coffee on the balcony listening to the waves. The kids swam in the pool, played in the gulf and built sand sculptures. The area is nice in that it's family oriented and not geared towards drinking/party crowds (at least in my experience). Everyone we met in the condo was very friendly and quick with a smile. Our kids ages 16, 12 and 10 equally enjoyed their stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Our host Evelyn was super friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had both before and during our stay. During the week we went to Busch Gardens, Top Golf, GoKart racing, mini golf, shopping and parasailing. All activities were close by and easy to navigate. Overall, our favorite thing to do was enjoy the beach which was just a few steps away. 10/10.

There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, paddle board rentals and grocery stores within a short walk or drive. The airport is also only 30 minutes away.
