We loved our stay at Aria. The house was beautiful! We were right in the river. The house was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. The owners were super nice! They were quick to answer any questions. It was a quick ride into Lexington and the boys could fish right in our backyard. The “summer house” and the swinging bridge were great surprises! Definitely staying here again!

There were some maintenance issues. The outer doors would not close. We had to lock them to keep them shut. My nephew repaired a storm door so it would shut. The upstairs shower was leaking onto the kitchen cabinet and ceiling. We used the downstairs shower the rest of our trip. Unbeknownst to the owners our first morning there 8am the power co starts chain sawing one the owners big trees then chipping the limbs. This went on right next to the house for hours. The owners called and said they could ask the co not to cut the trees right now. I don’t think the power company would have cared. We told them we were here on vacation and it didn’t matter. Not peaceful.

Danny, Our top priority is always our guests’ satisfaction, and it is unfortunate your stay did not meet expectations. We were aware of the leaky shower hose gasket and had a plumber who assured us it was fixed before your arrival. We want you to know that a new contractor has resolved the shower as well as the fussy door that you adjusted. Regarding the tree work, we were quite alarmed when a neighbor contacted us about the situation. This was not something we were notified of in advance, but we did try to intervene with the electric company once we became aware. We understand how this impacted the peaceful experience you were hoping for. As a gesture of goodwill, we truly hope you’ll consider taking us up on that free night that we offered prior to your review. We would love for you to come back and enjoy Aria as many other guests have experienced. Patrick & Rebecca
