Built in 2022 and designed for elevated Colorado living, this modern Silverthorne townhome puts you right where you want to be: close to everything, yet tucked into a sleek, comfortable retreat that feels like your own private basecamp.



The heart of the home is open, airy, and made for gathering. A chef-worthy kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops flows seamlessly into the living space, where a gas fireplace and smart TV invite you to kick back after a day outside. Head upstairs—or all the way up—to the showstopper rooftop patio. Fully furnished and complete with a hot tub, it’s the perfect place to soak under the stars, sip a drink, and take in the alpine atmosphere after a full day of adventure.



With three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a full-over-queen bunk room, there’s space for families, couples, and groups alike. Please keep in mind that when a full drain-and-fill service is needed, it may take 48-72 hours for the hot tub to reach full temperature, and when a tech visit is required, they will need to go through the home to access the hot tub.

• Effortless provides all guests with safe and clean stays. Our practices and standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout, ie., use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, attention to high-touch surfaces and ‘hot-spots’, and social distancing. As always, we advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices).

• *Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
