This loft is in a historic school building with 6 floors. The building offers a roof-top pool and hot tub, a game and theater room, a full gym and a small laundromat, which you won't need since there's an in-room washer and dryer. An attendant is on staff to greet you as you enter the well-secured building.

All the cool bars and restaurants are walkable. The closest grocery store is only 2 blocks away and is like a mini Whole Foods.
What makes this property unique
This condo has an interior entrance that offers solitude and privacy. The elevators make it easy to carry groceries in and out. The gym is never too busy and the pool is the place to be!
