One is designed for fun with a pool table and bar area, while the second offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with a fireplace and TV. The oversized formal dining room is ideal for memorable group dinners, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast area for more casual meals.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and privacy. Downstairs, there is one guest bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including an extraordinary primary suite with an Alaskan king bed, fireplace, two ensuite bathrooms, a massage table, large walk-in closets, and a private balcony with patio seating and beautiful lake views. The second upstairs bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third upstairs room is set up as a home office and includes a queen sofa bed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard areas, including the pool, spa, patio seating, BBQ area, dining spaces, and all interior living areas, except for any locked owner or supply closets.

Guests can enjoy nearby hiking trails, peaceful drives through the hills, and convenient access to Ventura Boulevard’s restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and shopping. Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Universal Studios, and other top Los Angeles destinations are all within easy driving distance.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for getting around Los Angeles and making the most of the area. The property offers convenient access to major freeways and main routes, making it easy to reach Ventura Boulevard, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, and other popular destinations.



Other Things to Note:

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.



This home is friendly to all furry friends and there is a $350 pet cleaning fee for each animal.
