Creating unforgetable memories at our spacious home, 3bed/2bath, with lake view without paying for the lake front, access to beach, shared pool and many other amenities. Gated and safe community, less than 5-minute walk to the boat launch and a few-minute drive to the beach. Close to many Pocono’s well-known attractions including ski resorts, water parks, hiking, etc. Step inside this serene retreat and unwind after a day of adventure, enjoy our game room or sit back and relax by the firepit while breathing in fresh mountain air.

About the space:

• BEDROOMS AND OFFICE SPACE

+ Our home has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
+ The spacious and well-lit master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king size bed, a queen size air mattress, a standard-sized crib, a pack 'n play portable playard, a designated working area, a big walk-in closet, TV, mini-split and baseboard, ceiling fan, and a skylight.
+ The second bedroom on the second floor is beautifully decorated for your kids with two twin size beds, mini-split and baseboard, ceiling fan, a closet, and two windows overlooking the lake.
+ The third bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed, a closet, TV, mini-split and baseboard, ceiling fan, a big window with the view of the front deck and the lake.
+ We also offer an air mattress which can be found in the closet of the bedroom downstair.

• BATHROOMS

We have two full bathrooms, one on each floor with shower and bathtub. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet papers, hand towel, bath towels, and floor mat are provided.

• LIVING ROOM

Our modern and inviting living room located in the center of our home will make you want to sit down and relax the moment you step inside. Featuring a beautiful fireplace, big smart TV, comfortable sofa, coffee table, mini-split and baseboard, and ceiling fan. There is a cozy reading corner with its own stylish leather chair, a side table, reading lamp, and a bookshelf. The room also has two skylights and two big windows bringing in lots of light and views from both sides of the house.

• KITCHEN

Our clean and organized kitchen offers everything you need to have a fun cooking time with your family and friends.

Stainless steel appliances include stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, outdoor grill, along with dual coffee machine (k-cups, coffee creamer, instant coco, sugar are provided), toaster, electric kettle, waffle maker, Takoyaki pan, and blender.

We also provide pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, cups, bakeware, silverware, washing bowls and baskets, chopping boards, Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, foil, skewer sticks, cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, spices, syrup, etc), hand towels, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap and tablets, sponge, and disinfectant wipe.

Our dining table can sit 8 comfortably and we offer a high chair for your baby.

• GAME ROOM

Equipped with many games, TV, a comfy sofa, a coffee table, mini-split and baseboard, you can enjoy unlimited fun time with your family and friends. We have a mini table tennis table, pac-man arcade machine, hookey, lego table, jenga, puzzle, and many other board games.

• LAUNDRY

Located on the first floor, we offer washer and dryer and detergent. Iron and iron board are available in the closet of the master bedroom.

• OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy your morning coffee or hanging out by our fire pit in the evening in our private yet not fully fenced backyard. There are 3 hammocks, a picnic table, BBQ grill, coffee table and chairs, mini soccer goals for kids, badminton, ladder ball and cornhole game so you can spend quality time with your loved ones during your stay. The front deck is spacious and has a sitting area where you can enjoy your drinks and chitchat. Deer and birds would occasionally pass by the property, giving you a chance to appreciate the wildlife.

• PARKING

Free parking is available for 3 cars on our driveway and there is an EV charger on the property. Access is provided upon request.

• WIFI

Fast speed wifi is provided.

• SECURITY CAMERAS

There are 3 security cameras at the property, by the front door, garage door, and back door.

• GUESS ACCESS

+ Guess can access our home through a secure keypad lock and the code will be provided prior to checking in.
+ Guests and vehicles need to be registered with our HOA at least 3 days prior to check-in date. You will be asked to complete the community registration form in advance.
+ $50 community registration fee is included in the final total price. For late registration, a $75 community registration fee will apply and guests will be required to pay such fee prior to their check-in date.
+ On check-in day, you need to check in at the gate and bring along your valid driver license and vehicle registration in order to obtain a pass to enter the community.
+ Amenity badges can be purchased at the gate for $12 each for 3 year old and above.
