This was an amazing place to stay. The Host was wonderful and the house was perfect. Clean, charming, well stocked. Everything you would want and need in a home away from home.Looking forward to coming back again some day!

My family and our friends had a fantastic stay at this home in the Chocorua Ski and Beach community. Kirsten was incredibly responsive ahead of our stay at her home. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the back deck with large table for outdoor dining. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils/cookware and paper products we needed. We would love to stay again in the future.

We spent 3 nights at this property and it was only 4-5 mile drive to Club Motorsports, so well situated. The house was clean, well-appointed with ample parking although a little bit overpriced compared to what we had rented in this area several times before. We set the smoke detectors off a couple of times as we tried to cook breakfast, as there was no vent/hood to capture the heat/smoke off the cooker, so we opened windows and doors. I relayed this to the owner and they said they already had a plan in place to resolve the situation. There was ample parking for 4-5 vehicles and clear instructions for the house and WiFi. We did not use the TVs so cannot comment.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was impressively clean, so comfortable, and our hosts were incredibly accommodating. We were in town for a wedding at the Preserve at Lake Chocorua and the home could not have been more convenient. Would absolutely recommend this home!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children and had a great time. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again!
