Great location for everything we were looking to do in the area. Clean space, nice firepit area, new board games to play, easy communication with host.

This house seemed brand new and is beautifully decorated and furnished. It was very clean! We only stayed one night just to extend our stay in the area. The host was great to work with. We stayed in three VRBOs during this trip and these beds were by far the most comfortable and had wonderful bedding as well. It’s right next to Glen Lake and basically in Sleeping Bear so the location was fantastic. There is a nice dinning table on the patio and a very nice fire pit surrounded by trees. The morning we left we saw a mother turkey with her four babies which was very cool. We would stay here again for sure.

I really enjoyed our stay at Black Bears Den. The house was exactly as pictured, simplistic and relaxing. September was beautiful, next time I want to come in October to see the fall colors ( house is surrounded by nature) and then in the winter to ski at Crystal. We look forward to coming back! Thanks Todd for being so accommodating and prompt.

This was our first trip to Glen Arbor and Glen Lake and we loved it! Todd was super helpful with local recommendations and our kids had a blast. We plan on coming back next summer. The house was very clean and user friendly. The back patio was awesome and we did smores every night at the fire pit. The walk down to Glen Lake was short and easy. We were the only people there each time we went. Location was convenient- close to everything we wanted to do.

Everything was extremely simple, no surprises, just a perfectly manageable place to stay without complication. Everything was clean and organized and exactly what we needed as a hub for our daily adventures. We would come back next week if we were able.
