Welcome to our completely renovated villa, truthfully redesigned from top to bottom and finished in 2025/2026. This is not a rental we furnished quickly - it is made with personal love, and maintained to the highest standard. Our villa offers a private entrance and bright, clean interior with tasteful beach decor. The living area is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for gathering together. The villa features a brand new fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and new appliances, along with all new furniture, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Every mattress, linen, and finish is new, creating a clean, modern, and comfortable space for your stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive with classy upscale seating, a grill, dining set, and lounge chairs, all overlooking the saltwater pool directly from the private deck; perfect for relaxing after the beach or enjoying evenings outdoors. The ocean and beach are just across the street, with access via a private Community walkway. The villa is located within the highly desirable South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island with just a 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza with countless restaurants, cafes, and shops. The bike trail connects right outside of our door, offering easy access to all of the island. Come experience our special place on Hilton Head Island, we look forward to hosting you for a wonderful escape by the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Beautiful clean home with a pool right outside! We vacation here quite often and haven't stayed at a home this pretty inside. The host was super nice and responsive. Best part was a two minute walk to the private beach entrance, and not far from the shops either. We will definitely be returning soon!

This villa is the BEST hidden gem on HHI!!! The newly renovated villa is perfection in design, decor, amenities, cleanliness and comfort, and location. It smelt and felt like a spa from the moment we opened the door. You can park your vehicle, rent a bike, and simply enjoy the island from this precious villa. This location has easy access to the ocean gate of Sea Pines making visiting Harbor Town very convenient. The host JoAnna is so sweet and wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to return.
