1st floor of living features a family room with a wet bar and beverage fridge. Enjoy the covered deck for your morning coffee or reading a book. On this floor there are 4 bedrooms (one en-suite) with a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and the fourth bedroom offers a twin trundle bunk bed. There is also a spacious main bath and laundry room.

2nd floor offers desirable open concept living. There is a large kitchen with Quartz countertops and an oversized center island. Bosch appliances and a Sharp microwave drawer as well as a dual zoned wine fridge. A bright dining room accesses the open deck. Light filled expansive living room with vaulted ceiling leads to the sunny deck as well. 5th bedroom offers a private primary suite with a luxurious bath. A powder room as well which completes this level.

Just a short walk to the street's end. There you can choose to be picked up which will allow you to use the convenient free beach tram ride to the lifeguarded beach at 9th street. Makes bringing your beach gear and toys a breeze. Enjoyable and a great scenic ride taking you through the natural coastal vegetation along a sandy lane.

After spending another enjoyable day of your vacation take some time out and also enjoy a cold drink on the large rooftop deck.
