The unit comes with its own deep water boat slip with a lift. Use of the boat slip by guests is $75/day.

There are also public boat docks/ramps less than a mile and a half away.

You can rent kayaks/fishing gear/boats nearby. The beach is literally across the street, about 100 feet away. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $35/day. Beach towels provided at condo.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Due to the wood frame construction, noise travels EASILY! This means your neighbors under you hear everything ABOVE them, so please avoid stomping, running, or any other loud noises as much as you can. Thank you!

-Please follow Policies for Common Area on first floor. Guests will receive an email before check-in with this info AND it will be posted in the condo.
