Spectacular Oceanfront condo on the Sands of Treasure Island

Come and enjoy amazing sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico from our double decking. Once you step out the door down an exclusive path to the sugary sands of Treasure Island you know you found paradise. Beach Haven A3 is situated in a prime low key area of Treasure Island. While you enjoy your own private beach you will find you are still within walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach . Caddy’s occasionally host outdoor concerts on the sand. Enjoy a long list of brews at Sea dog brewery , Shrimpys on the inter coastal and the world famous Kitiki Beach Bar and music venue are a short walk away as well.

Within a 5 min drive guest can enjoy a variety of shopping, water sports and dining at Johns Pass or St Pete Beach. Treasureisland offers all types of water activities including: Parasailing, boating, fishing, jet ski rentals , sunset cruises or enjoy a dolphin watch.

This Townehome is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Whole house filtration and water softening has been installed and in an effort to lessen our carbon foot print a state of the art water filtration cooler is in the unit. So there is no need to purchase bottled water during your stay.
The first level provides an open floor plan with panoramic views from the living room , kitchen and dining area. A half bath with a full washer and dryer are on the first floor as well.

The master bedroom and second bedroom on the top level exudes luxury and beachside charm. Let go of your cares while you fall asleep listening to the waves in our comfortable beds adorned with luxury linens. The master bedroom has its own bath room and shower. A full bath room and third bedroom are included on the second level.

Our spacious decks on each level provide additional outdoor space for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. At times you can watch dolphins swimming by. After a day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower.

The views are absolutely amazing! This beach house is also very spacious and clean and has all the equipment you might need for a perfect family vacation! We would vacation here again without any hesitation!

Great Treasure Island Stay

I chose this place for it's location, but also for the porch, which did not disappoint. It is very large and we spent a lot of time sitting out there during our week. The owners Dave and Carrie were so great during our stay. I've also never stayed at a rental which provided so much in the way of paper products, soaps, coffee/teas, towels and beach gear. In fact, they offer a lot of extra which are not mentioned in their descriptions and totally should be. The beach is very pretty and not crowded like some of the areas that border it.

We had a great time. The location for the house is perfect. Very convenient for everything. We walked right down the beach to eat or have a drink many times at Caddy's. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.

Everything was exactly as advertised! Right on the beach and super clean. There wasn’t anything we looked for in the kitchen that we couldn’t find. Owners were great. Definitely saving for my future trips.

Life on the beach.

Relaxing, all the comforts of home, restaurants within walking distance, beautiful sunsets and miles of sand dunes and beaches. This unit has everything you will need to have an enjoyable beach experience. We most definitely plan on renting again.

We found the highlights of this property to be the location & beach awesome with good communication from owners. The property was however in need of some repairs/updates and restock of kitchen items. With a little TLC this place could be everything you could want.

Great family vacation spot!

This condo was a great choice! It was cute, clean, and quiet! The beach was beautiful and it might as well have been a private beach - no crowds at all! There was a bar a few bldgs down so we could have gone down to hang out if we wanted, but we couldn't hear or see them from the condo. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of 5. Appreciated the washer/dryer. Great trip!

Terrific Condo on the Beach!

This condo and location were perfect. We chose this location to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and couldn’t have made a better choice. The condo had everything we needed, location, views, amenities, beach equipment, etc! You name it and they had it. The only thing better was that the beach was a mere 75 yard walk. Additionally, we were fortunate enough to meet the owners and they were a class act, offering any assistance needed and providing local recommendations. If you’re looking to go to Treasure Island then this is the place to stay! We loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Carrie!!

Best place I’ve stayed

Omg is all I can say. So clean, all the little extras that you wouldn’t expect. Don’t pack gear for the beach because it’s all there. We stayed the 4th holiday and the beach still wasn’t busy. A lot of restaurants very close by. Little shops to get your goodies. You really don’t even have to get back in your car once your there. We did grocery delivery. Just spent the week completely relaxed with a breath taking view, and perfect location.

Great Beach Vacation

Spent a long weekend with 3 friends in this 3 BR, 3 BA unit located directly on the beach. Beach was spectacular and location of unit is close to many restaurants and other amenities- some are even walkable. Unit was very clean. Owners have recently remodeled what appears to be an older building. There are stairs involved in getting from entryway to main living floor and then again another flight to floor with bedrooms- not a problem for us but could be if you don't do stairs well. We particularly enjoyed using the lower and upper decks when it was a little too windy and cool to be on the beach- they offered comfy seating , great views, and warmth. Owners were very nice - we enjoyed meeting them in person on our last day. We did not use the kitchen except to make coffee and eggs for breakfast so can't comment on kitchen/grill use. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family getaway!

Our first family getaway with extra family members including a toddler and two older children. Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Everything you need! Literally just being your clothes, food, and toiletries. Baby gate and pack n play were in upstairs closet. Beach closet downstairs included everything from a beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, skim board, buckets and toys, baby float, cornhole, and paddles for the kayak and 2 paddle boards! Kids had a blast. Adults enjoyed hanging out on the balcony which has an amazing view of the beach. Beds are the best I’ve slept in aside from my own. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Beautiful view from the dinner table. Cable and Netflix available for down time. Super easy check in, got the code to the door the night before and owners were in touch and available for questions. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Clearwater!

This is the best vacation spot we stay at! It has everything you need, located directly on the beach. The beach itself is not crowded at all! I wish I was just able to stay longer.
