I love this neighborhood for its deep Caribbean heritage. There are so many restaurants and lounges near by with delicious Caribbean, Southern, Middle Eastern, and just about any other food cuisine you can think of! I also love that it's close to the UBS Arena (a 5 minute drive) where you can see your favorite concert or go to a sporting event, it's also minutes from Belmont Park Racetrack. There's also a luxury outlet nearby for shopping (Belmont Park Village Luxury Outlets), it's 20 minutes from Resorts World NYC Casino, it's close to the LIRR so you can get to midtown Manhattan in just 30 minutes, and its only 10 minutes from JFK Airport. This home is also only 3 minutes from the Cross Island Parkway which you can take to just about anywhere around NYC! This is the perfect home base for travel, entertainment, and relaxation.
