Experience your perfect vacation in this villa, renovated in 2023, on a spacious corner lot just one block from the river. You can be out on the open water in two minutes by boat – a true paradise for boating enthusiasts! Enjoy romantic sunsets and the fantastic view of the canal directly from your terrace or pool.

The villa is just a few minutes' walk from Cape Coral Beach and the popular restaurant “The Boathouse.” The yacht club area, once an insider tip, is now one of the most sought-after locations in the city. Many new dream homes are being built here, or existing villas are being lovingly modernized – including ours.

The bright, modern villa offers three bedrooms (2x king size, 1x queen size) and three bathrooms with shower/WC. The king-size rooms open directly onto the pool area. The living and dining areas are flooded with light thanks to large sliding glass doors, and the modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped.

Those looking for more action can also rent a boat from our extensive boat portfolio.

Our bilingual property management team (German/English) is on site to ensure a smooth stay.

The garage cannot be used, but there is a parking space directly in front of the house.
