The location of this property was fantastic! We also loved the layout and the use of space, it was perfect for us and our travelers. We had a couple of concerns upon our arrival but the property manager was attentive and very responsive. We would happily have rated this property higher if it was kept up better.The property is run down and was not very clean. Everything needs to be cleaned and painted and the floor was 'replaced' at some point but needs repair as well. The kitchen was ill equiped with worn out pots and pans so we could not cook meals there.

Listed as a in “Soulard” neighborhood. Once there with my girlfriend and her daughter for her daughter’s birthday we hear a gunshot. We had difficulty finding the place due to poorly labeled housing number. Trouble opening door a once we did we found stairs that were in poor shape. Entered the home and broken chandelier glass, a floorboard raised we nearly tripped over into the table. No working fire alarm and an electrical fire hazard as one of the light bulbs had browned out and burnt black at bottom of glass light casing. I contacted the host and told them all of this and emailed pics and explained we were not staying as we had been there a total of 10 mins. We locked up and left. I’ve asked for over a week for an update on my refund and have not heard a reply via text or email.
