Oktogon Energy Vacation Home

The holiday home, which overlooks the church and Itter Castle, is located in the Kitzbühel Alps—specifically at Obere Nasensiedlung 2a, right next to our carpentry shop (you may hear the sounds of work or sawing) in Itter.
The Oktogon holiday home has 3 floors and is equipped with every comfort.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the entryway, 4 bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, and 2 bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, double sinks, towel warmers, and hair dryers.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator.
The living area features a cosy seating area with a large flat-screen TV.
Also on the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with bunk beds, flat-screen TVs, and another bathroom.
In the basement, there is a washing machine, a ski boot dryer, and a closet for ski gear.

The Finnish sauna and relaxation room invite you to unwind and relax after a day of skiing! (From May through November, the cost for the sauna is €90 per stay, if desired)
There is also a large shower, a drinking fountain, and a separate bathroom.

In front of the house, there is parking for 4 cars and a large garden with a garden shed for cosy barbecue evenings (Weber charcoal grill).
There are also 2 additional sets of patio furniture, as well as lounge chairs, umbrellas, a large trampoline, a football goal, and a ping-pong table.
The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area is just a 2-minute drive away and is ideal for ski tours—whether you’re a beginner or an expert—as well as sledding. All guests can conveniently rent skis at Intersport Okay in Itter and use the ski storage area free of charge.

The stop for the free ski bus is located 50 metres from the house.



Oktogon Energy Holiday Home:

Our Oktogon Energy Holiday Home promises the most comfortable and cosy living experience across 170 square metres.
Our 6 bedrooms are lovingly furnished. There are 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, 2 rooms with bunk beds, and one room with 2 single beds. On the ground floor, there are two state-of-the-art bathrooms with double sinks, showers, and toilets. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and a large, fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable seating area with a TV and a large dining table with a corner bench invite you to enjoy cosy get-togethers. Additionally, each bedroom features a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi!



On-site costs: Included: Bed linens, Wi-Fi; EV charging station available. Security deposit of €250 in cash upon arrival. Linen package available upon request for €20 per person per stay (sauna towel, shower towel, hand towel).In the summer, we charge €90 per week for sauna use (payable in cash upon arrival). In the winter, sauna use is included. You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend; we charge €10 per day for this. A maximum of one dog is permitted in the holiday home. Please bring your own table linens and kitchen towels.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
