Guest Access:

Guests will have private access with a unique door code to the entire condo, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen, and balcony. You’ll also enjoy shared access to Seaside Villas amenities, including the oceanfront pool, direct beach access, elevator, bike racks, luggage carts, and on-site community laundry facilities. The building and amenities are easily accessible, making for a smooth and relaxing stay from arrival to departure.

You’re just minutes from Coligny Plaza, a leisurely 8 minute walk or quick bike ride, for dining, shopping, and entertainment, and a short ride to Sea Pines for biking trails, Harbour Town, and iconic Lowcountry views. Everything Hilton Head is known for is right at your fingertips.



Biking - Shelter Cove is a will take about 25 minutes



Car - Pinckney Island is 20 minutes; Bluffton is 25 minutes



Lowcountry Celebration Park & Adventure Playground and The Sandbox Children's Museum are a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride away.

Getting Around:

Seaside Villas is centrally located on South Forest Beach Drive, making it easy to explore Hilton Head Island without a car. Guests can walk or bike to Coligny Plaza for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, as well as miles of scenic leisure paths throughout the island. Bike rentals are nearby, and the property offers bike racks for easy storage. A short drive brings you to Sea Pines, golf courses, and Harbour Town. Ride-share services are readily available, and on-site parking makes coming and going simple.

Try out the Breeze Trolley: Free service, running daily beginning April - September. Catch at Coligny, and ride the South Route to Shelter Cove where you can transfer to the Mid-Island Route that takes you up to Folly Field.

📍 Getting to Unit 104:

After parking, enter the building and take the elevator or stairs to the 1st floor. Unit 104 is conveniently located on the 1st floor level, making arrivals and unloading quick and easy. Luggage carts are available near the building entrances.



Other Things to Note:

We know that plans change and emergencies arise. Please consider purchasing a travel protection plan either with us as an add on or separately to assure a refund in case of an unexpected disruption to your travel.



Cancellation policy for VRBO and Direct bookings: Please note there is a 5% nonrefundable amount on any charge made if you cancel outside of 30 days before check in when using a credit card.



The bunk beds are only for small children only.



The cleaning fee includes a nonrefundable damage deposit.
