Living room with dining area, TV, fireplace and balcony incl. garden with wonderful view to the Roseg valley. Half-open kitchen with hatch to the dining area, oven and dishwasher. One double bedroom. One bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, WC and sink. Underground car park, separate bicycle room and ski room. Pets are not allowed. No washing machine.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Murinella is situated high above the village part Laret in a very quiet, sunny location and offers a magnificent view of the Roseg valley. Shopping facilities, restaurants and public transport are all located in the centre of Pontresina.

Die Betreuung auch während des Aufenthaltes war hervorragend. Auf geäußerte Wünsche wurde schnell und effizient eingegangen. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen großartigen Ausblick. Die Kehrseite ist allerdings der steile Weg, was zu Fuß gerade bei Winterverhältnissen und mit Skiausrüstung äußerst schwierig ist. Wir hatten mit Glück eine Lagermöglichkeit für die Skiausrüstung im Ort (nahe der Busstation) finden können. Weiterer Punkt: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert, dadurch ist jedoch auch die Luft extrem trocken. Wir empfehlen sehr, die Installation von Luftbefeuchtern.

Wäre schön wenn direkt genügend Spuehlmaschinenpulver / taps (2 sind zu wenig), Abfallsäcke (ein paar mehr) und Toilettenpapier vorhanden wäre. Kostet wenig und würde uns freuen.Würde sogar CHF 10 mehr zaheln :-)
