Villa Marina Sea-Views is a newly renovated, exceptional 3-bedroom villa, an oasis of tranquility and privacy. Yet, it is only 5 minutes walk from the bustling restaurants and bars area of Coral-Bay, and 3 minutes drive from the best sandy beach in Cyprus west-coast.

The space

The open plan living room is leading out through patio doors to a balcony, a garden and a private 4X8 swimming-pool equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas. A paved terrace with outdoor shower surrounds the pool.

The garden has been tastefully landscaped.

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and storage cupboards, fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, laundry-machine.

Dining table seating 6 people completes this quality kitchen.

For your entertainment in the living room there is a 55’ smart flat-screen TV and an electrical fireplace. Central heating and air conditioning is fitted throughout. Also fitted is high-speed broadband internet and diverse TV cable channels.

One bedroom is the ground floor. It has Queen-size bed. A patio door leads out from the bedroom to the big balcony and the pool, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean. There is also a family bathroom, with a shower.

In the first floor we have two bedrooms:

One is equipped with a Queen-size bed; the other one has two comfortable single-beds.

These two bedrooms have a huge balcony, where you have 360 close panoramic view of the sea. Great place for a glass of wine, or a bottle of beer.
