Circuit of The Americas (COTA): A quick 20 minute drive. Perfect for race fans attending the F1 Grand Prix or concerts, though be sure to account for significant event-day traffic! 🏎️

Zilker Park (ACL): Less than a 15 minute drive. Get ready for music festivals like ACL or a relaxing day at Barton Springs Pool. 🎶

University of Texas (UT Football): A straightforward 15-20 minute drive to the stadium. Hook 'em! 🤘

The space
Welcome to your own private Austin compound, where every corner is designed for comfort and connection. The property features a main house, a separate guest house, and a pool house, all centered around a large backyard oasis.

The main house is where everyone gathers. This light-filled, open-concept home is designed for hanging out and making memories. The living room is super cozy, centered around a plush sectional and a huge Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or just catching up. The space opens right up to a kitchen you'll actually love to cook in. It's fully stocked with brand-new appliances, a big island, and everything you need to whip up something amazing. The dining table right next to it seats everyone comfortably for group dinners. The main house offers a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two full beds.

For extra privacy, the separate guest house and the pool house are each a private retreat with their own queen bed, kitchen, and living area. All three spaces open up to the expansive backyard, which is the heart of the property. Our pool is closed for the season and will reopen in May but please enjoy our outdoor dinig space and cozy fire pit

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property throughout your stay. Each dwelling includes a smart lock system allowing for easy access the day of arrival and during your stay.
You will have access to the entire property with incredible privacy including a additional driveway that leads to the private guest house entry. Our outdoor space also offers relaxing seating areas with included fire pit and outdoor dining area.

We are also an incredibly pet friendly property with a fully fenced yard.
