The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. Offering numerous amenities for children such as a children’s bed, toys, bikes as well as an on site playground, this property is particularly suitable for families with children. A foosball table and table tennis table are also available in the house for your use. In the shared outdoor area you will find a beautiful garden and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy warm summer days with a delicious cup of coffee while you overlook the green surroundings and animals nearby. From the property you can also enjoy a view of the Kreuzkofel massif and the peak of the 2,875 metre high Peitlerkofel.
