Fantastic location

We really loved Ruth's apartment. It is in such a great location. Beautifully quiet overnight, so we all slept well but super easy to get into the centre of Berlin as the tram literally is just 2 minutes away. Supermarket round the corner and great restaurants close by. It was perfect for us our 3 night stay.

Wonderful stay in Berlin

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean apartment. It was large enough to accommodate six adults comfortably and is very convenient yto public transportation. We enjoyed eating and walking around the neighborhood and Weissen See. Ruth was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our inquiries. My only suggestion is to inquire about availability of laundry facilities for your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung im Hinterhof

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Berlin. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, aber doch schnell mit der Tram in der Stadtmitte. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft.

El apartamento está muy limpio y es amplio, muy tranquilo. No tenía gel ni champu que tuvimos que comprar y lo dejamos alli. La wifi iba muuuy mal. Está retirado del centro pero bien comunicado. Los colchones se hundían, habría que cambiarlos

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing

Super Lage und schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die nächste Tramstation ist nur 100 m entfernt, bis zum Alex fährt man ca. 15 Min. Top! Für unseren Hund war die Gittertreppe eine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Diese hübsche, kleine Wohnung liegt super ruhig im Hinterhof, sodass kaum Straßengeräusche zu hören sind. Ich fand sehr schön, dass die Räume schnell warm wurden und auch das Wasser war schnell schön warm. Die Lage ist bestens, keine 2 Minuten zur Tramhaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker an der Ecke. Auch die Parkplatzsuche war wider erwarten nicht so schlimm. Wir werden diese Wohnung gerne wieder buchen, da auch der Kontakt und die Abwicklung bestens geklappt hat!!

Eine Oase in der Großstadt

Berlin ist eine faszinierende und bunte Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten, etwas zu erleben und zu entdecken. Aber all die Eindrücke muss man ja auch verarbeiten. In unserer Ferienwohnung fühlten wir uns wie in einer Oase und einem Ort der Ruhe inmitten des Trubels. Durch den Hinterhof kamen wir vond der Geschäftigkeit des Verkehrs (Straßenbahn, Autos) in eine Idylle. Andererseits kamen wir von der Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür gleich in die Innenstadt und zu vielen unterschiedlichen Orten und Plätzen in Berlin. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und denke gerne an die Woche in Berlin zurück.

Schöner Berlin-Kurzaufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen in Weissensee (Berlin) und und durch ihre Lage in einem Innenhof angenehm ruhig. Schnitt und Aufteilung der Wohnung hat uns gefallen. Die Ausstattung fanden wir verbesserungswürdig: - in der Beschreibung erwähnte Geräte/Waschmaschine/Trockner standen nicht zur Verfügung, - defekte Warmwasserversorgung wurde nur dank unserer Mithilfe instand gesetzt, - 1 Handtuch pro Person finden wir zu wenig, - angeschlagenes/beschädigtes Geschirr sollte ausgetauscht werden, - fleckige Sitzkissen ebenso, - Küchentuch-Ausstattung ebenfalls minimal. Die Kontaktaufnahme zur Gastgeberin war etwas kompliziert da es nur über die FeWo-Seite lief. Dadurch standen wir eine halbe Stunde vor dem Haus.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage (1. Obergeschoss im Hinterhaus). Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (ca 200 m zur Straßenbahn). Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Berlin-Urlaub sofort wieder nehmen.

Nichts für Liebhaber von Sauberkeit und Frische

Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein sehr unangenehmer Abflussgeruch entgegen, der auch bei intensivem Lüften und Gebrauch von Raumspray und Duftkerzen blieb. Dieser Geruch war angeblich nicht bekannt. Dem Staub zufolge gut möglich, dass länger keiner mehr in der Wohnung war und er deshalb nicht bemerkt wurde… Dazu war dreckiges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine. Doch der Abfluss war nicht der einzige unangenehme Geruch. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kommen offensichtlich aus einem Raucherhaushalt, von Frische keine Spur. Dementsprechend hat man sich im Bett wenig wohl gefühlt, da man nicht das Gefühl hatte, saubere Bettwäsche bekommen zu haben. Im WC gibt es keine Halterung für das Toilettenpapier. Unsere 6-jährige Tochter musste uns rufen, wenn sie vorher vergessen hatte, die Rolle von der Fensterbank zu holen. Und auch sonst ist die Einrichtung eher minimalistisch. So fehlte uns z.B. eine vernünftige Abstellfläche für Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta. Zu guter Letzt ist das WLAN nicht zu gebrauchen, da es viel zu langsam ist. Leider gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, online fern zu sehen und das somit nicht störungsfrei, sobald jemand beispielsweise zeitgleich mit dem Handy online ist.

Berlin - Die Hauptstadt genossen!

Wir waren über das Wochenende von Halloween in der Ferienwohnung. Wir haben zwar nicht viel Zeit dort verbracht, da wir viel in der Stadt unterwegs waren, aber die Zeit die wir in der Unterkunft waren, war sehr angenehm. Hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. War alles sauber, Geräte haben alle funktioniert und es ist ein bisschen abgelegen (in einem kleinen Innenhof), was für eine ruhige Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Hat sich gelohnt! Beim nächsten Berlin-Ausflug gerne wieder!
