The space
The flat consists of 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen. Space is so distributed : Two main bedrooms with glass windows facing the calm street. One bedroom towards the courtyard, one masoinette bedroom above the kitchen and one living room area with the possibility of sleeping two. Two separates bathrooms, both with bathtub and shower. Kitchen has a bar to sit, everything you need to cook and a dishwasher. two washing machines are in the flat, to be used also from guests. Separate entrance to each room.

You will have access to the whole flat. You will share the flat only with your group of friends, no one else will be there.

The flat is on a ground floor, directly on a beautiful and calm street. You can feel like in a french cafe' looking at passerby during the day. total privacy at night with thick curtains. the street is very elegant and calm. All the artwork showcased are from local artists and can be purchased (catalogue provided)

Charming Flat

This is a charming large flat in a lovely neighborhood! There was plenty of room. There are many great restaurants nearby with vegetarian options. The coffee shop down the street served the best oatmeal I have ever eaten. Public transit is close. The neighborhood has many small boutiques. We found a boutique that makes beautiful handmade custom clothes. The flat owners were lovely to work with and check-in was easy. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice large apartment in Schöneberg

We spent 5 days in Berlin on a family trip, with two parents and three teenagers. The parents slept in one of the front bedrooms, one of the teens in the other. The second teen was in the back bedroom, and the third slept in the loft above the kitchen. The apartment has enough beds to sleep even more people. The apartment is located near a U-Bahn station to the north, S-Bahn to the east, and several bus stops nearby. We did not have a car, we took public transit with at most one change of train to get anywhere we wanted. There are a number of restaurants and several biomarkt in easy walking distance.
