Adventure Awaits in the Western White Mountains! Experience the ultimate move in ready basecamp at our newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Perfectly positioned on the shuttle route to Loon Mountain Resort, this cozy retreat is designed for skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts seeking thrills on the slopes and beyond.

Step inside to a comfy-cozy interior with an open-concept living area that is fully furnished with an electric fireplace, a smart Google TV and included high speed internet. A fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel and energy efficient appliances, fully stocked with essentials for whipping up hearty meals after a day on the mountain or work. The two spacious bedrooms feature a brand new mattress and queen bed from Cozy Cabin Rustics. Second bedroom has a pull out futon and attached 3/4 bathroom. Both bathrooms have updated fixtures and there is a luxurious Jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom.

Outside the property boasts a private screened in porch, a front yard with excellent locally composted soil for gardening and back yard with free parking for 1 or 2 vehicles. This home is right on the bike/walk path around town, minutes from the Kanc Park and new Skate Park. Washer and Dryer are shared with upstairs tenants and in the large unfinished basement that you can safely store gear in.
